This wedding of Wendy Weintrob and David Hall was such a pleasure to work with. So Wendy is my Doctor and she owns GLOW Acupuncture, http://www.glowmedicine.com/ She is such a remarkable Doctor and has helped me so much. When she called me asking for vendors who I would recommend i was so excited That she was getting married and of course she was going to have me make the Sweets! So she didn't want anything traditional, so I suggested tarts and cupcakes. She was so excited. I made an assortment of red Velvet Love, Yoga Bunny, Devils Food with Brown Sugar Butter Cream and Almond cake w/ Love goddess frosting. For the tartletts I made Walnut Carmel, Lemon Curd, apple pies and Blackberry Frangipane. I was told they were a hits and she absolutely loved them. The wedding was a Tetherow http://www.tetherow.com/ which Pamela was the coordinater up there and she did a fabulous job.
